I've been a bad blogger lately . . . .

Sorry everyone. It's been a crazy few weeks and the rest of the month of December doesn't look like it's going to slow down much for me.

I'm alive and kicking. Just busy. School is keeping me quite busy. I've picked up more hours at Paws for the month of December. And, of course, the holiday season is just insane too.

Look for a post of some interesting pics of Spirit Week at my school. Tell me again why I want to be class advisor because it's certainly NOT for the pay! :-)

To entertain me for my reading pleasure, please answer the following questions:

1) What is your first memory of Christmas?

2) What do you like about the Christmas season? What do you hate about the Christmas season?

3) What do you want Santa to bring you for Christmas? (If you celebrate Christmas)

Happy answering! :-)

PS I'll respond to my own questions in another post later on in the week.

Hey lady... you're not a bad blogger... you are just a normal person that has too many things to do... :-)

Even if you had more time, I wouldn't want you spending your free time in front of the computer.

Take care... take time for you!

First Memory... waking up so early, at about 8 or 9 years old and not having my glasses on and "thinking" I saw Santa by the tree / Like... decorating... it just makes me smile / Hate... How everyone gets so worried about making sure they "spend" the same amount on others... I just want to buy what I think they would love and at the same time what I can afford / Wish List... I would love to get a new address book, but like my old one... they don't make it anymore and I love the setup

Hmmm...these make 'ya think...
First memory of Christmas is more the season than the day, but I remember my cousins and I in our living room by the tree opening a silver monogramed bracelet from my Nanny (grandmother) - I think I was about 5

Favorite thing about Christmas is the season...brings out the best in people...worst thing is that it reminds me of how far away I am from my family

What do I want for Christmas? Honestly, the only thing I can think of right now is a new pair of headphones for the gym.

Hope your students haven't checked out yet and you are still able to be productive!!

1. My favorite memory of Christmas is when my grammy use to come over on Christmas eve and spend the night and open presents with us the next morning (I actually posted that today!)

2.It's really not so much as the presents, but the whole meaning of it the celebration and closeness with the family and possible snow around Christmas time. (even though I hate driving in it)

I hate that it's so commercialized and that people need to spend a fortune and go into debt to make someone happy. I don't agree with that at all.

3. I want Santa to bring me a diamond ring...hahahahaha...no really what did i just say in #2? I don't really care much about receiving presents. I had a hard time making up a list for the parents.

Great questions :) I can't wait to see you girls next week. I see how your crazy scheudle is m-dawg...take care of yourself too.

hope things slow down for ya soon so you're not too pooped for the holidays.

looking forward to seeing pics of spirit week. have fun!

now to answer your ?s:

*mmmm remember jumping up & down over getting baby alive. it was "just what i wanted!!!"

*love about the christmas season: buying gifts for others, spending special time with family & friends. im very sentimental so it means so much to do the special little things this time year.

*hate about christmas: the over crowded mall - there's no place safe to park "the baby"

*there's nothing really special i want from santa, except peace with in heart & soul, love & happiness for family, friends and for myself
